And so much has happened.
greetings to all family and friends and other hapless creatures who have arrived here accidentally or on purpose....these are the pages of a woman named janet who has decided to become more adept at the use of her faithful digital camera (herein referred to as "old one eye")....... since i have finally determined that my computer does not have "premenopausal stress syndrome" and that it only needed a good cleaning ( what a concept!) i have decided i will make myself crazy by creating these photographic and informative web pages (?) and become "super web-builder mommyrama"
( i think that "I" am suffering from "premenopausal stress syndrome" myself ) oh why not? we all need some reason to act a little crazy...... |

this is one of the flower beds at tir na nog...the celtic mansion where our youngest daughter, becky and her fiance jon will be married on 6 sep 2003....i was able to take many beautiful photographs a few weekends ago when we went for the "walk thru"

Current Projects , Dreams , Desires and Plans.....
i have many plans and resolutions for the the coming year.....i want to begin creating more of my clothes again along with some embroidered acessories.....specifically a check book cover with ribbon embroidery and also some sort of tote bag ( so that i can feel like a "classy" bag lady i am going to make my own paper for some collage projects that i have in mind and also , i want to master the fine art of flower pressing and drying in the microwave....i am brushing up on my haiku skills and i will keep you posted with a section of original haiku poetry when i feel brave enough to share.....

Some of My Favorite People
i have many , many favorite people....my patient and loving husband....my children and their menfolk..... and my mom and dad and my brother and his beautiful wife, and my cutie patootie little nieces to name a few.......and many dear friends and co workers....i would never be at my job at the bank for 8 plus years if i didnt love the people i work with...."fahgetaboutit" as they say in new york....

Creative Urges.....
this computer stuff is such a big challenge for me.....but i am determined to make this webpage one that will be fun to check out from time to time....i want to "bond" with "old one eye" and keep current with photographs in our lovely new home......
